Pet Sales/Care Associate (Bilingual SP/EN)
Location: Northern Nashville
Pay: $20.00 per hour + Sales Commission
Job Type: Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are hiring a Pet Sales/Care Associate to join our team and support daily puppy care and customer engagement in our showroom. This position combines sales responsibilities with hands-on animal care, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and puppies alike.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers into the showroom and present our adorable puppies.
• Assist families in selecting the perfect puppy and guide them through contracts and purchases.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom by cleaning kennels, feeding, watering, and bathing puppies.
• Observe puppies for behavioral changes or potential health concerns.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Comfort working directly with puppies throughout the day.
• Ability to follow cleaning, feeding, and care procedures.
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor.
• No prior experience required—training provided.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and stretching.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Perform repetitive cleaning, bathing, and puppy handling tasks.
• Comfortable working around animals, cleaning supplies, and kennel equipment.
Schedule
Full-time (35–40 hours per week).
Schedule will be discussed upon hiring and may vary.
Work Location
On-site at our Northern Nashville showroom.
